Just a comment on walking: if you walk fairly briskly for 20 minutes you burn around 103 calories. So, if you want to lose weight, feel better, and have a fully life - my advise:

Just a little post, Christmas Dinner is almost ready. We've having it outside in the sun. The time is 4.47pm, should be ready around 5-ish, good really, it's all done for me, my only task to drink the exceptional red wine I had as a present for Christmas, on my third glass already. Later, we have two parties to go to, the day is developing really well. Indeed, this morning I went down the lake and had a good swim, well actually, a snorkel, but I needed to be careful of the speed boats on the lake.
